Policies

 

Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, Mondays- Fridays . After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During new releases or sales processing time will be extended to 7 to 10 business days, Mondays- Saturdays. 
  • All orders are sent in a poly mailer (sizes vary depending on the size of your order).
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Orders from the US are sent through USPS, First Class Mail (no tracking), or First Ground Advantage (with tracking) 
  • International orders are sent through USPS, First Class Packaging International, the cost will be calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Growing Modestly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Free shipping is available to US customers with orders $40 and over, as well as International customers with orders $50 and over
  • Tracking: All orders will have tracking available both US and International customers, when USPS Ground Advantage is selected at the checkout.

Refunds and Returns 

  • Returns aren't being accepted at this time.
  • Refunds are accepted within 14 business days of when you receive your order. In order for a refund to be issued, I will need proof of damaged products. Such as photos of the damaged products in an email and also the date in which your order was delivered. Also, if you would like the items you ordered replaced the same will have to be done in order for me to send you out a new order.

Lost, stolen or undelivered packages

I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. The customer will have to contact their postal service in order to resolve this issue. Please make sure you keep all emails sent to you of when your order was shipped and delivered.
